DVD-Rom support for Windows 8

The DVD is bootable. If you have problems then try using a WinRE disk, click here for guide. There are no bootable floppy disks for Windows 8.

OPTION 1 – Boot From Windows 8 CD or DVD

1) Change your boot priorities in your system bios to CD-Rom/DVD-rom first

2) Insert Windows 8 CD-Rom/DVD-Rom and save bios settings and exit

3) Windows 8 will automatically boot if your hard drive is blank, otherwise you will get a prompt on screen for a few seconds saying "Press any key to boot from CD" at that point hit a key
