can also download the bootable floppy disks.

OPTION 1 – Boot From
Windows XP Home CD
1)
Change your boot priorities in your system bios to CD-Rom first
2)
Insert Windows XP Home CD-Rom and save bios settings and exit
3)
Windows XP Home will automatically boot if your hard drive is blank,
otherwise you will get a prompt on screen for a few seconds saying "Press
any key to boot from CD" at that point hit a key
OPTION 2 – Boot From Floppy Drive and Windows XP Home CD
1)
Download floppy boot disks from here:

Home XP Service Pack 1 Boot Disk from here
Windows
Home XP Service Pack 2 Boot Disk from here
2)
Create Boot Disks. And label them.
3)
Insert first floppy disk into drive and reboot computer.
4)
The Windows XP Home install will begin automatically boot if your hard
drive is blank, otherwise you will get a prompt on screen for a few seconds
saying "Press any key to boot from CD" at that point hit a key
